Tell us about your relationship to the film & creative community
The club was formed in 1938 as the Hamilton Movie Club. Today most members use video in various formats but a handful still work occasionally in film, and many have carried their film roots into the new era. Membership fluctuates, of course, but currently about forty members, from as far afield as Brantford, Markham, Niagara Falls, Simcoe, Toronto, Welland, Woodstock, and even Barrie, attend twelve regular meetings on the first Thursday of every month at the

Royal Canadian Legion Hall,
12 King Street East, Stoney Creek.
Doors open 7:00 PM - Meeting starts 7:30 PM.
Enter side door from the parking lot.

Studio space

Anyone else interested in studio space. If we get enough people we can rent a space and have a studio with office space. We will need at least 20 people to start and approx 75 to 100 dollars each to find and rent a location of approx 1500 to 2000 square feet. Let me know and I will setup a meeting where we can discuss the logistics and get the ball rolling

A native American grandfather was talking to his grandson about how he felt. He said 'I feel as if I have two wolves fighting in my heart. One wolf is the vengeful, angry, violent one. The other wolf is the loving, compassionate one.' The grandson asked him, 'Which wolf will win the fight in your heart?' The grandfather answered: 'The one I feed.'
